On most days of the week, my colleagues and I go out to one of the many restaurants around the central business district of Hanoi. From the street, you can see a variety of restaurants that usually make only one or two dishes. If you know where to look, there are even more restaurants tucked back into the alleys, sometimes in the kitchens of people’s homes. The food is fantastic across the board.
More details to come once I feel that I can actually read and pronounce the names of my food before I eat it.
